Course enrollment and payment in full is required to be scheduled for a course. You may cancel a course up to 2 weeks prior to the course event. A $50 cancellation fee may be charged for any cancellations.
If a participant cancels within the 2 week window, up to 50% of the course charge may be assessed.
Participants must abide by the practice act in their state of practice. Pelvic health courses and our instructors are not responsible for determining lawful practice of clinicians. Clinicians are responsible to apply what they learn in compliance with all rules and laws in their state.
